Belgium: Discrimination on the basis of race and national origin

Part A of this document outlines provisions of the Constitution of Belgium that address discrimination on the basis of race and national origin (in French, Dutch, German and English versions of the Constitution). Part B provides links to the text of the Constitution in each of its four versions.

It was adopted on and has been in force since 27 May 2008.
