Extract from the report: In this latest report plan international has asked people  from all over the world and from  many different walks of life to reflect on the issues covered earlier in the series and to find in this significant milestone of a year reasons to be positive and to keep oing forward. their reflections and their different voices should help us all to understand why equality between women and men, girls and boys, sometimes seems an impossible dream; and spur us on to identify and tackle the root causes of inequality so we can come closer to making that dream a reality.
