Today, The Equal Rights Trust published Volume Ten of The Equal Rights Review (ERR), an interdisciplinary biannual journal intended as a forum for the exchange of legal, philosophical, sociological and other ideas and practical insights for those who are promoting equality. This issue contains a special section on equal rights to family life, as well as an interview on the same issue with Dr Ian Curry-Sumner, owner of Voorts Juridische Diensten, former Senior University Lecturer at Utrecht University in the Netherlands and expert on comparative family and private international law, and Mr Stephen Gilbert MP, Member of Parliament for the Liberal Democrat party in the UK and strong proponent of legislating for same-sex marriage.
