On 11 March 2012, The Equal Rights Trust (ERT) submitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights an amicus curae brief in respect the case of Nadage Drozema et al v Dominican Republic (Case No: 12.688). The brief outlined the relevant international standards relating to race discrimination relevent to the case.
