Donate

By choosing to donate to the Equal Rights Trust, you can help us to realise our vision of a world free from discrimination. You can help us build the capacity of approximately 2000 equality activists around the world to support thousands of victims of discrimination every year -  from women seeking protection from domestic violence in Kenya, to stateless Rohingya facing persecution in Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand

Gift Aid Your Donation
Gift Aid Logo

Gift Aid is a scheme which allows us to reclaim the tax made on your donations at no cost to you, helping your donations to go further. If you are a UK tax payer for every pound you donate to us, we will receive an extra 25p from the Inland Revenue. This means for every £10 you donate we can actually claim £12.50. For £100 we can receive £125!

Eligible for Gift Aid?

We can only claim Gift Aid on your donations if you pay at least the basic rate of income or capital gains tax in the UK. You must ensure that you pay an amount of tax, in a year, equal or greater than the amount of tax that we will be able to reclaim on your donation (25p currently, for every £1 donated). If you are not a UK taxpayer, for example if you are retired or a student, Gift Aid does not apply to you.
